1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Skribit ("the Service"), operated at skribit.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Skribit is an AI-powered platform that generates go-to-market strategy deliverables based on information you provide about your product or business. Deliverables include competitor analysis, audience research, pricing strategy, brand identity, product sheets, sales decks, pitch decks, and landing pages.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Payments and Refunds

The Service operates on a one-time payment model per project generation. Prices are displayed at checkout and may be subject to promotional discounts. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

Due to the nature of AI-generated content, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your content, contact us for a resolution.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the information you provide to generate deliverables. Once generated, the deliverables are yours to use for any lawful purpose.

Our Platform: The Skribit platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, remains our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Skribit is created using artificial intelligence and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting all deliverables to your needs.

AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. Skribit is a tool to accelerate your go-to-market process, not a replacement for professional judgment.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service
• Submit content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent payment mechanisms or abuse promotional offers
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service infrastructure

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skribit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific generation that gave rise to the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access generated content may be limited, so we recommend exporting your deliverables regularly.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
